Welcome to PromptsBazaar (promptsbazaar.com), a free community marketplace for sharing and discovering high-quality AI prompts — especially for Google Gemini and ChatGPT photo editing (viral Instagram-style portraits, couple photos, retro/neon edits, festive themes like Rose Day/Propose Day, etc.).

By accessing or using our website (including browsing, copying prompts, submitting new prompts/images, or contacting us), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in some jurisdictions) to use the site. By using PromptsBazaar, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

2. User Accounts & Conduct

No account/login is required for browsing or copying prompts. If we add optional registration in future, you agree to provide accurate info and keep credentials secure.

You agree NOT to:

• Submit illegal, harmful, abusive, spam, or copyrighted material without permission.
• Upload images containing personal data, nudity, violence, or illegal content.
• Scrape, automate, or overload the site.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

3. User-Submitted Content (Prompts & Images)

When you submit a prompt, title, category, or image:

• You grant PromptsBazaar a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, host, reproduce, distribute, and moderate the content publicly.
• You represent that your content does not infringe third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.).
• You retain ownership of your submitted prompts/images, but acknowledge they become public and searchable.
• We may remove, edit, or reject any content at our discretion (e.g., spam, low-quality, violations).

4. Intellectual Property

Site content (design, curation, logos) is owned by PromptsBazaar or licensors — all rights reserved.

Prompts you copy/use are provided "as-is" by community members. We do not own user prompts and make no warranties about their originality, effectiveness, or non-infringement.

Outputs generated via Gemini/ChatGPT using our prompts are governed by Google/OpenAI's terms — you are responsible for compliance.

5. No Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The site and all content/prompts are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind (accuracy, reliability, virus-free, etc.).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PromptsBazaar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, prompts, or uploaded content.

6. Termination & Changes

We may suspend or terminate access for violations. We can modify these Terms at any time — continued use after changes means acceptance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Deoghar/Jharkhand.
